• Production concepts and designs were completed and approved in two weeks

• Mol-Son's unique, in-house, tooling strategy allowed all three parts to be tooled, with samples provided to the customer on all parts eight weeks into the program.

A major automotive wire harness customer needed three new application specific connectors for a critical vehicle program in a compressed time frame.

Mol-Son's task was to produce product concepts, detailed drawings, design and build molds, and produce samples within nine weeks.

• Product design verification of all three parts were completed five weeks in advance of the customer's required approval date.

A project engineer was assigned at the concept phase to provide our customer with a single point of contact and continuous communication.
